The idea of connecting the internet in Japan for the foreigner

 A well informed people about the net seems to be talking over the telephone, using the voice from Net cafe, hotel, FON Spot, Free Spot etc as a messenger of Skype or MSN and Yahoo. Because, these are far more inexpensive than the roaming service.

The information of my experience in Germany is shown bellow.

 There is the special and restricted environment in Japan.
The charged FON is now not available in Japan,
so you can use these FON spots by guest account, certainly your own FON account, free of charge.
